What distinguishes BIOTAL from plants of other manufacturers?
BIOTAL plant is made of high quality polypropylene SIMONA (Germany), which is chemically inactive, does not corrode, is water resistant, has small dimensions and light weight.
Coarse impurities detention in BIOTAL plant with capacity to 8 m3/day occurs at reception with stainless grid volume from 120 liters to 500 liters with the cells of 6 mm, with two-way air sparging for breaking coarse impurities, fixed lid, preventing the ingress from grid to reactors of coarse impurities when driving it in case of untimely service. Using such a grid were solved several problems: to reliably protect the plant from rough clogging impurities and coarse impurities which lingered in the grid act as a biofilter download, as gross sewage aerated and agitated, they gradually washed from fecal matter and are a source of food for microorganisms of active sludge during periods of receipt of sewage to the plant. In other manufacturers plants – there is no grid for detention of coarse impurities or they have a small basket (20 l) with large holes (20 mm). The lid is absent. Not hard to guess where it leads. If there is no grid for coarse impurities detention, then the receiving chamber for a very short time will be clogged with debris, coarse impurities will lie on the bottom and to get them will be a big problem, they will disable airlifts, and with them the whole plant. The presence of 20-liter basket for coarse impurities detention with large holes will not help much, since the rough dirt will fall into the 20 mm setting with all its consequences, and when driving the basket, the water level will rise in it, and because it does not have cover, gross uncleanness through the top of the basket will get to the plant, which will lead to clogging of airlifts and plant failure. Of course, big stainless grid is expensive, but we always put quality and reliability as our priorities.
Automatic power control depending on the number of the incoming wastewater to the BIOTAL plant allows to solve several problems:
• energy savings;
• compressors and solenoid valves resource saving;
• hold the desired oxygen concentration in the reactor of the principle – less wastewater enters the plant, the less time it takes the air compressor and vice versa.
Because of this, the plant copes with wastewater with high organic content, as well as, in the absence of receipt of sewage, reduces the activity of activated sludge bacteria by reducing the air supply, which ensures the normal operation of the system even after long absence of receipt of wastewater to the plant. Other plants do not solve these problems. In the best case, an owner in manual mode on a primitive relay sets the operation of the compressor, and other settings are switched to standby mode in the absence of receipt of sewage, but none of the competing plants does not regulate the air supply and the intensity of recycling between reactors depending on number of incoming wastewaters.
Tying of BIOTAL plant is made by polypropylene tubes SIMONA (Germany) on the heat-sealable, with virtually unlimited service life. Competitors make such connection with hoses on metal clamps, which will eventually lose their elasticity and require replacement. Also at the joints loose is possible, causing the air escape.
Using of biofilter, which is used in case of high requirements for purified wastewater (eg, discharge of water into drainage, etc.).
Using the latest apparatus of company LEISTER for welding plastics, allows to produce high-quality equipment.
If there is no possibility to place the control unit and compressors of monoblock plant in the back room, we offer to purchase the plant BIOTAL with box-recuperator, in which a control unit and the compressor are already mounted, allowing you to place the equipment directly above the ferroconcrete pit, in which BIOTAL plant bioreactor is located. This box-recuperator is designed so that the moisture from the plant do not enter into it, as well as comply with the necessary temperature.
Application of Japanese diaphragmless compressors NITTO for BIOTAL plants allows their work without repair up to 10 years, followed by the replacement of inexpensive Teflon piston. In membrane compressors used by competing firms, the membrane should be changed every two years. In addition, the membrane may be torn, because it loses its elasticity over time and temperature changes, and before the expiration of 2 years that immediately lead to the corruption of the system.
Thanks to new technical solutions, high quality of manufacturing and use of reliable materials and equipment from leading world manufacturers in BIOTAL plants, they work stably and economically, providing effective wastewater treatment.
